Ingredients:
– 1 liter full-fat milk
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
– 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)

Instructions:
1. In a heavy-bottomed pan, bring the milk to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
2. Once the milk comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, until the milk thickens and reduces to about half its original volume. This process can take about 30-40 minutes.
3. Add the sugar and cardamom powder to the thickened milk and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan.
4. Add ghee to the mixture and stir well to combine. Cook for another 5-10 minutes until the mixture thickens further and starts to come together like a soft dough.
